• Do I need good credit to qualify for solar?

No, actually, you don't. A 650 credit score is typically required. However, there are some programs that, as long as your name is on the title of the home, you do not owe anything more than your regular balance on your electricity bill, and you provided your date of birth, and you have a good roof for solar with good sun exposure. You can get solar panels without providing a Social Security number.

  • How does the solar installation process work?

The customer provides a copy of their electricity bill so we can get the usage. We then customize a proposal for the homeowner's review we sit down. We review it to see if it's a good fit. We qualify you for credit to see what you qualify for. If it's a good fit, we send our install partner out within 3 days to do a site survey to also make sure the home is good for solar panels with a customized design.

  • Can I really earn money with a referrer program?

Yes, we offer a 50/50 split if you can gain access to your friend, your cousin, your neighbor, your sister, your aunt, your grandma's electricity bill, introduce me, and schedule my appointment. If I sell it, we will split whatever the commission is 50 / 50 split. Typically, that money is paid out within 45 days after initial signing.

  • Do solar panels still work in cloudy weather or winter?

Yes, solar panels work even on cloudy days. However, on sunny days, they will produce more energy. When we prepare a proposal, we take into consideration all those figures. I will also show charts and live updates on my existing solar system to show how it truly works

  • What happens to my electricity bill once I go solar?

Depending on what program you go with in most cases, you will pay a connection fee. Typical connection fees are less than $13 a month. The other payments are eliminated, and the solar panels will provide transmission, distribution, and supply of energy to the home

  • What payment options do we offer?

There's cash. There are loans, there are leases, and there is a power purchase agreement. Each product has its own purpose depending on what the homeowner's needs are. My job and goal is to find the perfect fit that makes sense for you and your family.

When paying cash, meaning by check and not financing, Helios offers a lifetime warranty on solar panels, inverters, micro inverters and even roof penetration.
